Chef James began in the culinary industry in 2000. He began his career in High School in a vocational culinary arts program. He competed in a culinary competition where he earned a scholarship. James then attended Johnson & Wales University where he received an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. He has worked for several hotels and restaurants throughout his career holding several positions from dishwasher to general manager. He has always been passionate about food and dreamed of owning his own business.

Chef Krystal began in the culinary industry at very young age. She grew up working with her father who is a Certified Executive Chef. She began her culinary education in 1999 in a high school Food Service class where she competed in several culinary competitions throughout her high school education earning a scholarship to attend Johnson & Wales University. She received an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. She has worked in several hotels and restaurant throughout her career. Krystal is very passionate about food and it has become second nature to her.

With our combined passion about food and our proven skills we are sure that success is the only option. Combined we have over 15 years of experience in the industry.
